Beginning her career in property management in 2016 as a Property Assistant, she has progressed through the industry with hard work, dedication, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. After advancing to the role of Property Manager, she now proudly serves as a Senior Property Manager, a position she has held for the past few years.
Throughout her career, she has developed extensive knowledge and experience across all aspects of residential property management, including leasing, tenant and owner communication, routine and final inspections, maintenance coordination, arrears management, legislative compliance, dispute resolution, and maximising investment returns for property owners.
She is committed to building strong, long-lasting relationships with both property owners and tenants through honest communication, professionalism, and a proactive approach. Understanding that every investment property is unique, she provides personalised service, prompt solutions, and expert advice to ensure each property is managed with the highest level of care.
Her goal is to make property ownership as stress-free as possible by delivering exceptional service, maintaining clear communication, and consistently achieving positive outcomes for both owners and tenants.
