As Team Leader and Head of Property Management at Deximal Property Services, Cherie Geerlings brings more than 15 years of experience across residential real estate sales, property management and team leadership.
Throughout her career, Cherie has developed and improved property management systems, procedures and workflows while supporting owners, tenants and team members through clear communication and practical guidance.
Cherie is passionate about building positive, accountable teams and creating an environment where people feel supported to learn, grow and provide exceptional service. She is known for her calm approach, strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex tenancy matters professionally.
For Cherie, property management is about protecting an owner’s investment, building trusted relationships and ensuring clients feel informed and confident.
Outside of real estate, Cherie is a proud mother of four and grandmother of two. She enjoys spending time with her family, being in nature and exploring the ocean through her love of scuba diving. These experiences have shaped her appreciation for the importance of home, family and creating a secure foundation for the future.
