In summary: Nic guides you through the whole journey from the moment you show interest in purchasing a property to the point of handing over the keys to you. Fantastic at all steps. The long version: My wife and I were amazed at how smooth everything went for us from the moment we laid eyes on this house (now our home) to the moment we moved in. Excellent! . Nick is knowledgable, easy to communicate with, responsive and I sold for a price way more than I ever contemplated! I was worried it was going to be challenging trying to sell a property with tenants renting but between Nick and Deximal it was an absolute breeze. All done from the comfort of my own home, Nick spoke with the tenants, got them on board, they allowed home opens, cleaned the property for photo's and ensured it was respectable and liaised with Nick for whatever was required.
